Church Support
Church Support
One of the greatest strengths of an association is the ability to support one another in seasons of need. The Pulaski Baptist Association exists to come alongside our churches and pastors with encouragement, practical help, and trusted support when it is needed most.
Church support can take many forms. Often it begins with something simple like supply preaching, providing coverage when a pastor is away, during transitions, or in seasons when additional help is needed. At other times it may include training opportunities for church leaders or ministry teams.
Some churches may benefit from Smart Start interim work, helping a congregation navigate a pastoral transition while preparing well for the future. Others may need outside help with evangelistic events, outreach initiatives, or leadership development.
Occasionally, churches simply need an outside perspective. A trusted “secret visitor” can help identify blind spots and offer helpful observations about the church’s worship services, guest experience, or ministry systems.
Every church faces seasons where encouragement, perspective, or extra support can make a difference. Our desire is to serve churches in a way that is helpful, respectful, and strengthening to the local congregation.
If your church or pastor could benefit from additional support, we would be honored to come alongside you and help in whatever way is most beneficial.
