The Table Collective

WHAT IS THE TABLE COLLECTIVE?

Who do you talk with about the challenges your church is facing? The table collective are small groups of 7–10 pastors and ministry leaders who gather four times a year for honest, confidential conversation about real issues in ministry. These are not debates, but trusted spaces to put a topic on the table, share wisdom, and learn from one another. Ministry is messy, and someone in the room may have the insight you need.

There will be cohorts for Lead Pastors, Executive Pastors, Kids Ministry, Student Ministry, Senior Adults, Sound Techs, and more—if there’s interest, we’ll help get a group together.
