Pastor Courtney K. Miller Sr. is a devoted servant leader, church planter, teacher, and community advocate who has dedicated his life to advancing the Kingdom of God through discipleship, leadership development, and community transformation. He was commissioned and sent out by the City of Refuge Community Church to establish a new ministry footprint designed to serve families and residents throughout Southwest Little Rock and the surrounding communities.

As the founding pastor of City of Refuge LR Church, Pastor Miller is committed to creating a Christ-centered ministry that reaches people both inside and outside the church walls. His vision focuses on building authentic relationships, developing disciples, and empowering believers to live out their faith in practical ways. Through dynamic teaching, pastoral care, and intentional outreach efforts, he seeks to connect individuals and families to the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Under his leadership, City of Refuge LR Church emphasizes spiritual growth through small groups, Bible study, leadership training, and virtual worship services that extend the church's reach beyond the local community. The ministry provides opportunities for believers to grow in faith, deepen their understanding of Scripture, and engage in meaningful fellowship.
